Once a purchase has been made and the evaluation credentials have been emailed to the customer, no refunds will be accepted under any circumstances.
Customers have the opportunity to review all information and understand what to expect before completing their purchase.
All sales are final.
If you successfully complete the tribefunded Evaluation and enter into a written agreement with us for the proprietary trading phase, you will receive a refund of the initial evaluation fee you paid when purchasing a tribefunded Evaluation through our website.
This refund will be processed with your third successful profit split payment.
The evaluation fee will not be refunded until you have received your third profit split.
It is your responsibility to review and understand this Refund Policy.
The terms of this Refund Policy, along with our Evaluation Terms and Conditions, are incorporated into your contract with us for the purchase of tribefunded Evaluations.
By placing an order for any tribefunded Evaluation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Refund Policy.
If you do not agree with the terms, you must not place an order with us.

You expressly agree not to initiate any chargeback claims on payments made to tribefunded, whether by credit card or any other payment method, without first contacting us.
In such cases, you agree to provide tribefunded with full details regarding the intended chargeback claim.
In the event of a chargeback claim, tribefunded reserves the right to suspend any Membership Accounts or Evaluation Accounts you may hold and suspend any profit split payments from such accounts.
Additionally, tribefunded is entitled to recover any amounts paid to you in respect of any Membership Accounts or Evaluation Accounts, including, but not limited to, profit split payments.
You also agree to cover all costs incurred by tribefunded in defending against chargeback claims, including legal fees, whether or not the chargeback claim is successful.
We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time.
Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
